Education & Minimum Experience

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Experience writing test cases, developing test scripts, performing regression tests, and reporting test results
• Demonstrated experience developing QA policies, procedures and plans
• Experience with XML, SOAP, and SQL and/or other scripting languages
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Rational Functional Tester and Rational Performance Tester
• Ability to multitask in a multi-development project environment
• Supports customer goals and objectives
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Works well in a team and as a self-starter
• Active leader in problem-solving and technical discussions
• Willingness to learn and mentor others
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel
